The offline edition and the free online edition are the same set of tools; the only difference is whether they run without a network. Please put the free version through its paces before buying — parsing behaviour, field coverage, whether the interface suits you: the free version answers all of that identically.

离线版与免费在线版是同一套工具,区别只在于能否脱离网络运行。购买前请先用免费版把工具试透——解析能力、字段覆盖、界面是否顺手,免费版能回答的问题和离线版完全一样。

That is deliberate: we want you to know exactly what you are buying before you pay for it.

Within 7 days of purchase, a full refund if the tool does not match what the product page describes; otherwise, being a digital product, no refund.

购买后 7 天内,工具不符合产品页描述的全额退款;数字商品其余情况不退。

"Does not match the description" means it does not work the way the product page and the bundled README say — it will not open in your browser, the parsed output is plainly wrong, or it is found to make outbound network requests. Contact us first: we will try to fix it, and if we cannot, you get a full refund — you do not have to return the files.

「不符合描述」指的是它没有按产品页与包内 README 说的那样工作——比如在你的浏览器里打不开、解析结果明显错误、或者被发现存在对外网络请求。请先联系我们,我们会尝试修复;修不好则全额退款,你无需退回文件。

Describing what you saw is enough. You do not need to send real cardholder data.

• A reserved field (DE 56–63, DE 105–127 and the various private fields) reading differently from your counterparty's specification — those fields vary by network and message family in the first place, and both the Terms of Service and the product page say so;
• needing a message format or network-private format the tool does not support (feature requests are welcome, but are not grounds for a refund);
• having bought a single-person licence and then needing it for a team (you can upgrade by paying the difference).

• 预留域(DE 56–63、DE 105–127 及各私有域)的释义与你的对端规范不一致——这类字段本就因卡组和报文族而异,服务条款与产品页对此均有说明;
• 需要某种本工具未支持的报文格式或卡组私有格式(可以提需求,但不构成退款理由);
