卡 BIN 是什么?What Is a Card BIN / IIN?
BIN(Bank Identification Number,也叫 IIN)= 卡号的前 6~8 位数字,用来识别这张卡是哪家发卡行、哪个卡组织、什么卡种。整个支付网络就是靠它把交易"路由"到正确的发卡行。
BIN (Bank Identification Number, a.k.a. IIN) = the first 6–8 digits of a card number. It identifies the issuer, the card scheme and the card product. The whole network uses it to route a transaction to the right issuer.

除了卡组织,发卡方还能用完整 BIN 表查出:发卡行、国家、借记/信用、卡等级(普卡/白金/商务)等。Beyond the scheme, a full BIN table reveals the issuing bank, country, debit/credit, and card tier (classic/platinum/business).
一句话记住:BIN = 卡号开头几位,是交易"寄给谁"的地址。报文里它在 DE2(PAN)的前段。Remember: the BIN is the first few digits of the card number — the "address" telling the network which issuer to deliver to. It lives at the start of DE2 (PAN).
